I managed Skowhegan’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, fostering audience interaction, and monitoring brand sentiment, which led to a 50% increase in social media followers and a 4.7% click-through rate on email campaign CTAs. I also drafted and distributed press releases and media pitches to generate media interest in company news. Additionally, I developed B2B decks, one-pagers, and signature marketing materials, including banners, printed collateral, and lookbooks to support brand visibility.
